- The Weeping Isles of Stoe Greau is a gloomy, haunted archipelago ruled by the Grim Council, thirteen lords and ladies.
- Capital is Aprus, where many come to speak with spirits of deceased loved ones.
- Dotted with decrepit castles, whispering graveyards, and mushroom-choked forests. Black roses are the national symbol.
- Defended by the Knights of the Crow, who are known as reapers who return as wraiths if slain.
- Once conquered by the Holy Empire in an attempt to wipe out their necromantic traditions.

- The Sovereign Realm of Aurelion is ruled by a corrupt Dowager queen Saulia II.
- Capital: Argenia, a city of towers, floating gardens, and labyrinthine dungeons.
- Aurelites are known for their mastery of magic, alchemy, and enchanting. Mage-lords and the magically adept nobility hold power.
- Has a complex relationship with Aquaria, relying on magically-enhanced aquatic trade but facing underwater threats. Merfolk ambassadors are common.

- The Aldric Empire is ruled by a warrior - emperor of claimed divine blood who leads a militant holy order - Emperor Kwan.
- Capital: Xeprait, a citadel of white stone, stained glass, and angelic statuary.
- The Aldric are known for their corrupt "holy" knights and monk-scholars.
- Beneath a facade of piety, the court is a hotbed of intrigue, forbidden lusts, and dangerous cults.
- Maintains a love-hate relationship with the Empire of Qijian.
Nightmare Dominion of Malghast
- Ruled by Sovereign Hyun the Soul Flayer, a terrifying arch-demon who commands legions of fiends.
- Capital: Nal'korthul, the City of Screaming Spires - a hellish metropolis of jagged obsidian towers, bubbling lava moats, and bone-paved streets.
- The Scourge Knights, Hyun's most elite warriors, are nigh-immortal demons clad in armor of black brimstone who wield soul-drinking runeblades.
- The Pits of Perpetual Agony serve as both a gruesome gladiatorial arena to entertain the demon nobles and a torture dungeon for mortal prisoners.
- Due to the thick layers of smog and smoke in the sky from the lava, there is rarely ever any sunlight. This gives the appearance of an everlasting night. The Kingdom has twin blood moons
